Job Description

Lead the global Intelligent Decisioning agenda, driving the evolution from descriptive BI to predictive and autonomous, decision‑centric analytics across Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
Build, scale, and productize enterprise‑grade data science and AI use cases, ensuring measurable business impact and seamless integration into operational workflows.
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to C‑suite and senior business leaders, translating complex analytical capabilities into clear decision value and outcomes.
Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of analytics and AI initiatives, from ideation and scoping through delivery, adoption, and value realization.
Establish and lead a global Decision Science organization, managing cross‑geography teams and setting standards for architecture, governance, and execution.
Define and operate a balanced analytics model, enabling governed self‑service BI while centrally designing and maintaining advanced predictive and AI capabilities.
Manage and govern strategic vendor partnerships (e.g., Accenture, Infosys, PwC, Cognizant), ensuring clear ownership of IP, delivery quality, and outcomes.
Partner closely with IT and platform teams to leverage Azure‑based cloud and data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Power BI), shaping a scalable and future‑ready AI ecosystem.

The Successful Applicant

17+ years of overall experience with deep expertise in data science, analytics, and AI, including at least 10 years in senior leadership roles managing global, cross‑geography teams.
Proven experience in FMCG, CPG, or Pharma environments, with strong exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial decision‑making.
Demonstrated ability to move organizations from BI‑led reporting to predictive and autonomous decisioning, with a strong track record of productizing analytics and AI use cases.
Techno‑functional leader with hands‑on depth across Azure‑based cloud platforms, modern data stacks, and enterprise BI tools, combined with strong business acumen.
Trusted advisor to C‑suite and senior stakeholders, with executive presence, clear communication, and the ability to translate complex analytics into business value.
Strong ownership mindset with end‑to‑end accountability, including ideation, scoping, delivery, vendor governance, and realization of measurable business outcomes.
