  • Work with Head of AI of strong CPG entity of Indian Conglomerate
  • Own cross functional Execution of AI projects company wide.

Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of AI-driven strategies for the analytics department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data solutions for the FMCG sector.
  • Oversee data collection, processing, and analysis to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Develop predictive models to enhance decision-making
  • Monitor AI systems to ensure smooth operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders in Bangalore and beyond.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations within the analytics framework.
  • Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills in AI and analytics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AD - AI Ops should have:

  • A strong educational background in analytics, data science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AI tools, techniques, and platforms relevant to FMCG operations.
  • Experience in handling large-scale data projects
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies for business growth.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
