The workday includes analyzing model outputs, iterating on fine-tuning strategies, and collaborating with various teams to align the models with project goals and user needs. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation to ensure the models perform optimally in diverse applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning strategies to enhance model capabilities.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate domain-specific knowledge into model training.
Mentor junior team members to support their growth and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience with model fine-tuning techniques, including instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and transformer architectures.
Ability to work with large-scale datasets and optimize model training workflows.
Familiarity with evaluation metrics to assess model performance and relevance.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
