Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning strategies to enhance model capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate domain-specific knowledge into model training.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with model fine-tuning techniques, including instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and transformer architectures.
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and optimize model training workflows.
- Familiarity with evaluation metrics to assess model performance and relevance.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
