GoHighLevel / HubSpot and Funnel Management

Alleyoop is looking for an experienced Email Marketing and CRM Specialist to build, manage and optimise client CRM systems, email campaigns, automations and lead-generation funnels.

This is a hands-on specialist role. You must have practical experience managing live CRM systems, building and testing automated customer journeys, and improving performance through analysis and experimentation.

Responsibilities

Build, manage and optimise client CRM systems, primarily in GoHighLevel and HubSpot, including pipelines, contact properties, segmentation, lead assignment and lifecycle stages.
Create and maintain automated customer journeys, including enquiry follow-up, lead nurturing, appointment reminders, sales handovers and reactivation.
Build, schedule and optimise email campaigns and automated sequences, including audience selection, personalisation and suppression rules.
Build and improve Perspective funnels, connecting captured leads, qualification answers and campaign information to the correct CRM records and workflows.
Run structured A/B tests across email subject lines, content, calls to action, funnel journeys and follow-up sequences.
Test workflows before launch, checking triggers, conditions, delays, branching, field mapping and exit rules.
Monitor live integrations and automations, investigate failures and resolve issues such as duplicate records, missing leads or incorrect workflow enrolment.
Maintain database quality, consent records, unsubscribe handling and email deliverability.
Analyse funnel conversion, email engagement, qualified leads, bookings and sales progression; recommend and implement improvements.
Document builds, testing procedures and successful approaches so the delivery team can reuse them.

Essential Experience and Skills

At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing CRM systems and building marketing automations.
Practical experience in GoHighLevel or HubSpot, with the ability to explain systems and workflows you have personally built and managed.
Experience creating, testing and troubleshooting multi-step automations with triggers, conditions and branching logic.
Experience managing email campaigns, audience segmentation and automated nurture sequences.
Experience connecting lead-generation forms or funnels to CRM systems and checking that data flows correctly.
Evidence of using testing and analysis to improve campaign or customer journey performance.
Strong attention to detail, clear written English and the ability to investigate problems independently.

Desirable Experience

Hands-on experience with both GoHighLevel and HubSpot.
Experience building and optimising Perspective funnels.
Experience with Zapier, Make, webhooks or similar integration tools.
Familiarity with email authentication, deliverability monitoring and CRM attribution.
