We are actively seeking an aggressive, results-driven Non-IT US Recruiter who thrives on filling the most complex and difficult client requisitions. If you are a relentless sourcer who doesn't take no for an answer and knows how to hunt down the perfect candidate when others give up, we want you on our team. About the Role

This is not a role for the faint of heart. We deal with niche, challenging non-IT requirements across the US market (Healthcare, Finance, Engineering, Light Industrial, Admin, etc.). You must be highly confident in your headhunting abilities and capable of committing to a strict daily delivery target of at least 5 high-quality candidate submissions per day, even in the worst-case scenarios. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

End-to-End US Sourcing: Manage the full recruitment life-cycle for non-IT roles, from requisition analysis to onboarding.
Complex Requisition Execution: Tackle difficult, hard-to-fill client mandates using advanced Boolean logic, X-Ray searches, passive candidate outreach, and specialized job boards.
High-Volume Delivery: Consistently meet and exceed a mandatory baseline of 5 valid, screened, and ready-to-interview candidate submissions daily.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pool of non-IT professionals to ensure zero downtime when urgent requirements hit.
