Social Media Management: Assist in developing and implementing creative social media strategies to increase engagement and community reach across platforms like Instagram, Meta (Facebook), and LinkedIn.
Content Creation & Video Editing: Conceptualize, shoot, or edit highly engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and graphics tailored to a life coaching audience.
Website Management: Handle basic website optimization, updates, and troubleshooting—including generating or regenerating page layouts and updating content as needed.
Ad Campaigns & Analytics: Assist in setting up, monitoring, and pulling performance metrics for organic and basic paid PPC campaigns to continually improve results.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field (pursuing or completed).
Technical Skills: Basic understanding or practical experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) and standard video/graphic editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro).
Web Basics: Foundational knowledge of CMS platforms (like WordPress, Wix, or Shopify) with the ability to edit or refresh website elements.
Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal
communication skills.
A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a deep willingness to learn and explore new marketing technologies.
Alignment: A genuine interest in the life coaching, wellness, or personal development industry is highly advantageous.
