Job Title: Team Sales Manager - Large Commercial Vehicles

Role Objective:

To lead a team of Sales Executives and drive business growth in the Large Commercial Vehicle segment through effective team management, market development, channel engagement, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management
Drive sales of Large Commercial Vehicles through direct and channel sales.
Set and monitor targets for the sales team and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies specific to the CV segment (tipper, tractor-trailers, haulage trucks, etc.).

Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5-10 Sales Officers/Executives.
Provide ongoing training and support to enhance performance and productivity.
Monitor team activities, fieldwork, and customer meetings.

Market & Channel Development:

Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
Build strong relationships with vehicle dealers, DSAs, transporters, fleet owners, and local influencers.
Gather and analyze competitor information to adjust strategies accordingly.

Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely delivery, issue resolution, and post-sales support.
Maintain relationships with key clients for repeat and referral business.

Reporting & Compliance

Maintain MIS, daily sales reports, and dashboards for management review.
Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms, and compliance standards

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle market.
Good leadership and team management abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:
