Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Configurable Network Computing (CNC).
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices related to enterprise resource planning systems.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within Oracle JD Edwards environments.
Ability to customize and configure Oracle JD Edwards modules to meet specific business requirements.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Oracle JD Edwards with other enterprise systems.
Competence in performance tuning and optimization of Oracle JD Edwards applications.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Configurable Network Computing (CNC).
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
