• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Configurable Network Computing (CNC).
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices related to enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within Oracle JD Edwards environments.
• Ability to customize and configure Oracle JD Edwards modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Oracle JD Edwards with other enterprise systems.
• Competence in performance tuning and optimization of Oracle JD Edwards applications.
