Key Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end video production pipeline – from concept and ideation to final output.
Design and animate engaging visual content across platforms.
Collaborate with the creative team to bring fresh, trend-forward ideas to life.
Support in editing, compositing, and enhancing video assets for brand and client projects.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and motion graphics innovations.

What We're Looking For

0–1 years of experience in Motion Graphics and Video Editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
Basic understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.
Strong research skills with awareness of trending styles and techniques.
Creative mindset with a portfolio that showcases a variety of styles and ideas.
Ability to think conceptually and take creative direction.

Training & Compensation

4-month training program with a paid stipend of 15,000/month.
Post-training, performance will be evaluated for a promotion and salary hike based on merit.
