We're looking for a Brand Strategist who has worked closely with brands in the fashion, beauty, wellness, lifestyle or consumer space and understands what it takes to build a brand beyond just campaigns and social media.

We need someone who can think strategically, communicate sharply and also drive execution.

What you'll own

Build and strengthen the overall brand positioning, identity and communication strategy.
Develop clear brand narratives, messaging, campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
Work across brand, growth, marketing, content and partnerships to create cohesive plans.
Identify opportunities to scale brand visibility, reach, engagement and business growth.
Build strategic partnerships, collaborations, creator/influencer initiatives and brand associations.
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, offline, social, events and partnerships.
Study consumer behaviour, category trends and competition to identify whitespace opportunities.
Work closely with creative, content, social media and performance teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
Take ideas from strategy to execution and track the impact of initiatives.
Help establish processes and frameworks that allow the brand to scale without losing its identity.

What we're looking for

5–7+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, growth or a similar role.
Prior experience in fashion, beauty, wellness, lifestyle or premium consumer brands is strongly preferred.
A proven track record of building, repositioning or scaling brands.
Strong understanding of brand building, growth marketing, partnerships and consumer strategy.
Ability to balance creative thinking with business and growth objectives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills — someone articulate, confident and able to represent the brand externally.
Strong execution skills; this is not a strategy-only role.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Strong understanding of current culture, consumer trends, social media and emerging brand formats.
