As part of our expanding HR team, we're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive who brings hands-on experience in managing core HR operations and employee lifecycle management within a fast-paced IT/software development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction, benefits , engagement initiatives and exit processes.
Handle HR operations, maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy and timely documentation.
Coordinate performance management activities, including review cycles and feedback mechanisms.
Support talent engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Address employee queries related to policies, benefits, and day-to-day HR matters.
Collaborate with team leads and managers to support employee development, recognition, and retention strategies.
Assist in the creation and rollout of HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and alignment.
Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple HR responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Skills:

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA HR preferred)
3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience in an IT or technology-driven organization
Strong understanding of HR operations, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with HR platforms (Zoho People Plus or similar HRIS platform preferred)
Experience working with HR software/HRIS platforms (Zoho People Plus experience is a plus).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
