Technical Recruiter – Job Description

Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand technical job requirements.
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various technical positions.
Engage with candidates through calls, emails, and professional platforms.
Learn and support the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
Collaborate with the US recruitment team to fulfil client hiring needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Strong interest in learning technology and US recruitment processes.
Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with a technical background.
Self-driven, proactive, and eager to grow in the recruitment domain.
