What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US Technical hiring.
Source, screen, and engage top technology professionals across IT domains.
Recruit for roles including Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and other technical positions.
Partner with US-based hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical hiring needs.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Manage candidate experience while ensuring quality, speed, and SLA adherence.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and hiring trends to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in US Technical Recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring.
Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Experience recruiting through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Boolean search techniques is preferred.
Willingness to work in the US Shift and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
