Experience: 6-15 Years

Salary : 80K-1L /- Pm (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and other channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations as required.
Handle sales follow-ups and ensure timely closure of business opportunities.
Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good client handling and relationship-management abilities.
Strong sales and business-development mindset.
Excellent follow-up and convincing skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
