Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics Educator to join our Phase 1 team (Grades 1–5). The ideal candidate will possess strong subject expertise, a love for teaching, and the ability to inspire young minds in alignment with the ICSE curriculum.

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and prepare engaging lessons aligned with ICSE curriculum for Classes 1 to 5.
Actively teach and motivate students, addressing their individual educational needs.
Deliver lessons that cater to the full ability range within the classroom.
Design and assign weekly assignments for designated batches.
Timely correct and mark student assignments from class and homework.
Assess, record, and report on student progress and development.
Communicate and provide feedback to parents during PTMs or as required.
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
Support preparation for scholastic and competitive exams.
Be a continuous learner, committed to professional development.
Assist the Lead Educator with academic and administrative responsibilities as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Willingness to work at our North Bangalore campus.
Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in schools.
Strong academic background in Mathematics.
Post-graduation in Mathematics (mandatory); B.Ed. preferred.
Experience with ICSE/IGCSE/IB/ISC curricula is an advantage.
Tech-savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
Prior experience in training for scholastic exams is preferred.
