Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics Educator to join our Phase 1 team (Grades 15). The ideal candidate will possess strong subject expertise, a love for teaching, and the ability to inspire young minds in alignment with the ICSE curriculum.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare engaging lessons aligned with ICSE curriculum for Classes 1 to 5.
- Actively teach and motivate students, addressing their individual educational needs.
- Deliver lessons that cater to the full ability range within the classroom.
- Design and assign weekly assignments for designated batches.
- Timely correct and mark student assignments from class and homework.
- Assess, record, and report on student progress and development.
- Communicate and provide feedback to parents during PTMs or as required.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- Support preparation for scholastic and competitive exams.
- Be a continuous learner, committed to professional development.
- Assist the Lead Educator with academic and administrative responsibilities as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Willingness to work at our North Bangalore campus.
- Minimum 35 years of teaching experience in schools.
- Strong academic background in Mathematics.
- Post-graduation in Mathematics (mandatory); B.Ed. preferred.
- Experience with ICSE/IGCSE/IB/ISC curricula is an advantage.
- Tech-savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in training for scholastic exams is preferred.
