Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale Me n Moms influencer marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on Micro & Nano Influencers.

The person will own the complete influencer marketing function — from strategy, influencer discovery and relationship building to campaign execution, negotiations, team management and performance measurement.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in D2C/consumer brands and a proven ability to build a large creator network and generate measurable brand and business impact through influencer marketing.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute the overall Influencer Marketing Strategy for Me n Moms.
Build monthly and quarterly influencer marketing plans aligned with brand and business objectives.
Develop influencer strategies around product launches, new collections, offers, festive campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
Create a scalable influencer ecosystem primarily across Micro & Nano Influencers.
Identify new influencer categories, content formats and emerging creators relevant to the brand.

Micro & Nano Influencer Network

Build and maintain a strong network of Micro & Nano Influencers.
Focus primarily on:
Mom Influencers
Parenting Creators
Baby & Kids Creators
Family & Lifestyle Creators
Product Review Creators
Regional/Local Creators
Identify creators with genuine engagement, relevant audiences and strong content quality.
Develop long-term relationships with high-performing influencers.
Build a database of influencers with complete information on reach, engagement, commercials, collaboration history and performance.

Campaign Management

Own end-to-end influencer campaigns from briefing to execution and reporting.
Develop campaign briefs, influencer deliverables and content guidelines.
Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, product seeding and collaborations.
Drive barter, gifting and paid influencer campaigns.
Ensure timely content creation, approvals and publishing.
Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, dispatches, creative requirements and campaign execution.

Influencer Negotiation & Budget Management

Negotiate influencer commercials and deliverables.
Ensure maximum value from influencer budgets.
Evaluate cost per reach, engagement and content output.
Maintain campaign budgets and ensure spends are aligned with approved plans.
Identify opportunities to increase the percentage of cost-effective/barter collaborations.

Performance & ROI

Track and analyse influencer campaign performance.

Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead and mentor the Influencer Marketing team.
Set clear daily, weekly and monthly targets for the team.
Review influencer sourcing, outreach, conversion and campaign performance.
Work closely with Brand, Social Media, Creative, E-commerce and Sales teams.
Coordinate with external influencer agencies and vendors wherever required.
Present regular influencer marketing performance reports to senior management.
