Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the planning and execution phases of projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to foster transparency and alignment.
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to enhance overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and methodologies.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and expectation management.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Competence in using project management tools and software for tracking and reporting.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
