- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution phases of projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to foster transparency and alignment.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to enhance overall team capability.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and methodologies.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and expectation management.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
