Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Noida, India

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a highly accomplished Scrum Master to join the GEDU IT Engineering Team at our Noida office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as a Scrum Master within a software product development environment, with hands-on expertise in Agile methodologies.

Job Responsibilities:

Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization.
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments!
Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework.
Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
Support the product owner and provide education where needed.
Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Prior experience as a scrum Master in a Software development organization
BE/B. Tech/MCA/M. Tech or equivalent with relevant experience
6+ years of overall experience
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coash
Ability to analyse and think quickly and to resolve conflict.
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum.
Experience with successful Agile techniques
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
Prior experience of using Agile Project Management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps Boards
Prior experience of using the right Agile metrics like Velocity and terms in Sprint burn down, Epic and release, Control charts, Cumulative flow diagram etc.
Prior experience working with global clients.
Prior experience of development in .Net Technology Stack
Must have certification like PSM I, PSM II, CSM, Agile SAFe (at least one is required).
