Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Noida, India

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a highly accomplished Scrum Master to join the GEDU IT Engineering Team at our Noida office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as a Scrum Master within a software product development environment, with hands-on expertise in Agile methodologies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments!
• Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed.
• Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience as a scrum Master in a Software development organization
• BE/B. Tech/MCA/M. Tech or equivalent with relevant experience
• 6+ years of overall experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coash
• Ability to analyse and think quickly and to resolve conflict.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum.
• Experience with successful Agile techniques
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
• Prior experience of using Agile Project Management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps Boards
• Prior experience of using the right Agile metrics like Velocity and terms in Sprint burn down, Epic and release, Control charts, Cumulative flow diagram etc.
• Prior experience working with global clients.
• Prior experience of development in .Net Technology Stack
• Must have certification like PSM I, PSM II, CSM, Agile SAFe (at least one is required).
