Key Accounts Manager - E-commerce (US)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned e-commerce key accounts in the US.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and strategize to maximize revenue and product adoption.
Collaborate internally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client requirements are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
Prepare and present regular performance reports and business reviews to key stakeholders and clients.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitive landscapes relevant to the US market.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in account sales, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for client engagement and relationship building.
Ability to work night shifts to align with US business hours.
