Key Accounts Manager - E-commerce (US)

Hindustan Recruitment is looking for a driven Key Accounts Manager to manage and grow our e-commerce accounts in the US market. If you have a proven track record in account sales, excellent communication skills, and are comfortable with night shifts, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned e-commerce key accounts in the US.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and strategize to maximize revenue and product adoption.
  • Collaborate internally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client requirements are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and business reviews to key stakeholders and clients.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitive landscapes relevant to the US market.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account sales, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for client engagement and relationship building.
  • Ability to work night shifts to align with US business hours.
