Key Accounts Manager - E-commerce (US)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned e-commerce key accounts in the US.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and strategize to maximize revenue and product adoption.
- Collaborate internally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client requirements are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and business reviews to key stakeholders and clients.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitive landscapes relevant to the US market.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account sales, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for client engagement and relationship building.
- Ability to work night shifts to align with US business hours.
