Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to support our rapidly growing Solar EPC operations. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across engineering, project execution, procurement, O&M, and corporate functions, ensuring timely onboarding of high-quality talent aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Solar EPC projects, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, O&M, PMC, and Corporate roles

Partner with project heads and senior leadership to understand manpower planning and hiring timelines

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and industry networks

Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate technical and HR interviews

Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming solar projects

Drive employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and recruitment platforms

Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring metrics

Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and hiring standards

Desired Skills & Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

Prior experience in Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC / Infrastructure hiring preferred

Strong understanding of project-based and technical hiring requirements

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
