Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to support our rapidly growing Solar EPC operations. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across engineering, project execution, procurement, O&M, and corporate functions, ensuring timely onboarding of high-quality talent aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Solar EPC projects, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, O&M, PMC, and Corporate roles
- Partner with project heads and senior leadership to understand manpower planning and hiring timelines
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and industry networks
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate technical and HR interviews
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming solar projects
- Drive employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
- Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring metrics
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and hiring standards
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 58 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Prior experience in Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC / Infrastructure hiring preferred
- Strong understanding of project-based and technical hiring requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
