Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Field Sales Representative role based in New Delhi, with a mix of on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. The Field Sales Representative will identify, approach, and onboard physiotherapy clinics, hospitals, and individual practitioners to the PhysioPlus platform. The role includes conducting in-person meetings and product demos, explaining subscription plans, and addressing client questions to drive adoption and renewals. The representative will build and nurture long-term relationships, gather feedback from users, and share market insights with the internal team. Daily responsibilities also include managing a sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, achieving monthly and quarterly targets, and representing PhysioPlus at events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications

Proven experience in field sales, business development, or B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, health-tech, SaaS, or medical devices.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to explain product value and close deals with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to build relationships with physiotherapists, clinic owners, hospital administrators, and academic institutions.
Comfort with using digital tools such as CRM systems, mobile apps, and online meeting platforms.
Self-motivated, target-driven approach with the ability to plan routes, manage time, and work with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel frequently within New Delhi and nearby regions for client meetings and events.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a background or strong interest in physiotherapy or healthcare is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
