- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom reports and dashboards within enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management best practices related to Workday environments.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
