Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

• Generate and qualify leads from different marketing campaigns and portals.

• Explain property/project details to prospective clients.

• Coordinate and schedule site visits for clients.

• Maintain regular follow-up with interested customers.

• Update customer data and lead status in CRM.

• Coordinate with sales managers for closures and client meetings.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or pre-sales.

• Knowledge of real estate sales processes.

• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience in real estate, property consulting, or residential sales preferred.
