Technical Recruiter (UK/EU)

Location: Full Onsite

Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 09:30 PM IST

Employment Type: Full Time

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate interviews.
Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand requirements.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Manage offer discussions, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and update candidate status regularly.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1 to 5 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment.
Good understanding of IT/technical skills and job requirements.
Experience with sourcing through LinkedIn and job portals.
Good communication and candidate management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Candidates with experience in US, UK, Middle East, or Domestic IT recruitment will be preferred.
Candidates currently working in night shifts and looking to transition to a day shift are encouraged to apply.
Must be comfortable working fully onsite.
