About the Role

Digital Orix is looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive who has prior experience working in a digital marketing agency and managing multiple industries/niches.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling clients, managing a small team, coordinating shoots, and bringing innovative content ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities

Manage social media accounts for multiple clients across different industries
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand strategies
Handle client communication, reporting, and feedback implementation
Lead and coordinate with designers, editors, and interns
Ideate innovative campaign concepts, reels, and trend-based content
Plan and assist in shoot execution (reels, brand videos, product shoots)
Write captions and ensure brand voice consistency
Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions)
Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Experience

1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive (agency background preferred)
Experience handling multiple industries or niches
Strong client-handling and communication skills
Experience managing or guiding a team
Hands-on involvement in shoots and creative direction
Ability to suggest innovative and trend-driven content ideas
Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and short-form content strategy
Basic knowledge of performance marketing coordination

Preferred

Experience in influencer coordination
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and analytics tools
Basic understanding of ad creatives and performance-driven content
