Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic B2B sales team in India. The SDR will play a crucial role in lead generation, outbound sales, cold calling, and product demos, driving new business through proactive outreach and engagement strategies in the SaaS / software sales space.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

Lead Generation & Outbound Sales: Utilize cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to identify and attract potential B2B leads
Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on their needs and fit with Mailercloud's SaaS offerings
Product Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations showcasing Mailercloud's email marketing platform
Outreach Execution: Run targeted outbound campaigns to educate prospects on Mailercloud's solutions
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for qualified leads with Account Executives, keeping the sales pipeline moving
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in HubSpot CRM
Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to refine outreach strategy based on market feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience: 2–3 years in sales development, inside sales, business development, or B2B/SaaS sales — technology/software industry experience preferred
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident running product demos and cold calls
Characteristics: High energy, results-driven, strong work ethic, consistent new business lead generation
Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and sales automation tools
