The engineer actively participates in refining processes and adapting configurations to optimize performance and user experience throughout the software lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and configuration.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and their application within SAP environments.
Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules to meet diverse business requirements.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective software configurations.
Familiarity with integration points between SAP FI and other modules to ensure seamless data flow.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting configurations.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
