The engineer actively participates in refining processes and adapting configurations to optimize performance and user experience throughout the software lifecycle.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and configuration.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and their application within SAP environments.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules to meet diverse business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective software configurations.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP FI and other modules to ensure seamless data flow.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting configurations.

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
