₹1.8 LPA to ₹3.2 LPA

Salary will be decided based on the candidate's profile and interview performance.

PF: Optional for freshers; candidates with previous PF experience are required to opt for PF.

Handle inbound customer interactions through chat professionally and empathetically
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions
Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics such as CSAT/NPS
Document chat interactions accurately in internal systems

Two-way cab facility from designated nodal points within a 40 km radius
Last-minute pickup/drop requests outside designated routes cannot be accommodated
Meals will not be provided
One month of training at the client site, followed by deployment into production
