Responsibilities

Maintain security standards strictly as per company requirements and established protocols.
Ensure effective threat assessment and response capability to mitigate potential risks.
Achieve departmental goals and diligently follow up on their implementation.
Perform all duties strictly as per the comprehensive Security Program.
Maintain performance standards and communicate effectively with the shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Continuously monitor the Quality System and the level of conformance to ensure adherence to security procedures.
Secure quality levels and optimize resource usage within the security function.
Be fully aware of emergency response procedures, rules, and regulations, and act accordingly.
Acquire and maintain necessary job-related skills through continuous learning and development.
Maintain work procedures as per company requirements, ensuring consistency and compliance.
Participate actively in development dialogues with team leaders to enhance security practices.
Control theft and pilferage of company property, safeguarding assets.
