Officer Security

Responsibilities

• Maintain security standards strictly as per company requirements and established protocols.
• Ensure effective threat assessment and response capability to mitigate potential risks.
• Achieve departmental goals and diligently follow up on their implementation.
• Perform all duties strictly as per the comprehensive Security Program.
• Maintain performance standards and communicate effectively with the shift team to ensure seamless operations.
• Continuously monitor the Quality System and the level of conformance to ensure adherence to security procedures.
• Secure quality levels and optimize resource usage within the security function.
• Be fully aware of emergency response procedures, rules, and regulations, and act accordingly.
• Acquire and maintain necessary job-related skills through continuous learning and development.
• Maintain work procedures as per company requirements, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Participate actively in development dialogues with team leaders to enhance security practices.
• Control theft and pilferage of company property, safeguarding assets.
