Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter cum HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting key HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

HR Operations:

Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
Conduct new employee induction and orientation programs.
Coordinate employee confirmation and probation processes.
Handle employee exit formalities, including clearance and exit interviews.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Employee Engagement:

Plan and organize employee engagement activities.
Coordinate monthly birthday celebrations and employee recognition programs.
Organize Fun Friday activities, festivals, and team-building events.
Support HR initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
Assist in internal communication and HR announcements.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
Positive attitude with a passion for employee engagement.

Qualification:

MBA/PGDM in HR or Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Generalist activities is preferred.
