Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter cum HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting key HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
  • Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

HR Operations:

  • Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Conduct new employee induction and orientation programs.
  • Coordinate employee confirmation and probation processes.
  • Handle employee exit formalities, including clearance and exit interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate monthly birthday celebrations and employee recognition programs.
  • Organize Fun Friday activities, festivals, and team-building events.
  • Support HR initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
  • Assist in internal communication and HR announcements.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for employee engagement.

Qualification:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Generalist activities is preferred.
