Drive business development and marketing activities for export markets.
Conduct customer visits to understand requirements and coordinate with internal teams for solutions.
Handle export business development for regions including Europe, USA, Australia, Middle East, and Asia.
Understand customer products, applications, manufacturing facilities, and segments to provide tailored solutions.
Identify and segment product applications to target different customer needs effectively.
Develop new business opportunities among existing and potential customers/segments.
Generate new leads and establish partnerships in target geographies.
Build and grow product sales from scratch, including premium and niche segments.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Proven export sales experience with a strong track record in acquiring and handling international clients.
Experience managing a segment or category independently.
Experience in building product sales from scratch.
Experience in selling to retail customers.
Track record of selling premium pricing or innovative products.
Knowledge of biodegradable/compostable packaging is a plus.
Ownership mindset and proactive approach.
