1. Your Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and adept at market research and negotiation.

2. Your Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and social media.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase our offerings to potential clients.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and close deals while meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Market Expansion: Identify new markets, regions, and business verticals to expand our footprint.
Sales Strategy and Planning: Contribute to the overall sales strategy and provide regular updates on progress and achievements.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor market competition to identify areas of differentiation and competitive advantage.

3. Must Haves:

Strong experience in lead generation, sales negotiation, and closing deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Prior experience in preparing business proposals and presentations.
Exposure to marketing strategies and sales techniques.
