Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full time on-site at the Bengaluru location. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers, and promoting the company's laboratory and specialty chemical products. The specialist will prepare and deliver product presentations, support customers with product selection and technical information, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Daily responsibilities also include monitoring market trends, contributing to marketing campaigns and promotional activities, and providing feedback to management on customer needs and competitor activities. The role may involve conducting or coordinating training sessions for customers or internal teams on product features and applications.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities to drive revenue growth and manage accounts or territories.
Candidates should possess Training skills to support product education and knowledge sharing for customers and team members.
Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in chemicals, laboratory products, or related industrial sectors.
Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and contribute to marketing strategies and campaigns.
Proficiency in basic office and CRM software, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
