Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI).
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions across complex enterprise systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application integration.
Familiarity with database management and query optimization techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI).
This position is based at our Pune office.
