- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions across complex enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application integration.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
