Lead the planning and execution of software development tasks to meet project goals and deadlines.

Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
Experience in customizing and configuring ITSM modules to align with organizational processes.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within ITSM platforms.
Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs related to ServiceNow ITSM.
Skilled in scripting and automation to enhance IT service workflows and efficiency.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
