Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience in customizing and configuring ITSM modules to align with organizational processes.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within ITSM platforms.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs related to ServiceNow ITSM.
- Skilled in scripting and automation to enhance IT service workflows and efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
