Role Description The Senior Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based at the Clay by Lingaraj Granites showroom in Bhubaneswar. This role involves managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Daily responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, managing appointment schedules, coordinating visitor check-ins, and maintaining reception area cleanliness and organization. The Senior Receptionist will support basic clerical tasks such as handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative documentation. This role also includes coordinating with sales and design teams, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring that guests receive timely assistance and accurate information.
Qualifications

Strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including front desk operations, appointment management, and record keeping.
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle inquiries, direct calls, and interact with visitors professionally.
Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on creating a positive showroom experience and resolving basic issues promptly.
Ability to work on-site full-time in Bhubaneswar, with reliability and punctuality.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, scheduling tools, office software).
Prior experience in a showroom, hospitality, retail, or front office environment is preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Educational background in any discipline; formal training in administration or customer service is an advantage.
