Job Title: Business Development Executive - Inside Sales

Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, outbound outreach, and inbound follow-ups
Conduct high-volume daily calls to engage and convert prospects
Handle the complete sales cycle from first contact to demo, follow-ups, and deal closure
Deliver product demos and sales presentations to potential customers
Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
Drive revenue generation by converting qualified leads into paying customers
Identify customer needs and pitch relevant solutions to close deals effectively
Handle objections confidently and negotiate to maximize conversions
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure higher closure rates
Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion funnel
Track and report daily activities, conversions, and revenue metrics
Continuously improve sales pitch, scripts, and strategies based on performance data

Qualifications Required:

1-4 yr of proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
