Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, outbound outreach, and inbound follow-ups
• Conduct high-volume daily calls to engage and convert prospects
• Handle the complete sales cycle from first contact to demo, follow-ups, and deal closure
• Deliver product demos and sales presentations to potential customers
• Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Drive revenue generation by converting qualified leads into paying customers
• Identify customer needs and pitch relevant solutions to close deals effectively
• Handle objections confidently and negotiate to maximize conversions
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure higher closure rates
• Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion funnel
• Track and report daily activities, conversions, and revenue metrics
• Continuously improve sales pitch, scripts, and strategies based on performance data

Qualifications Required:

• 1-4 yr of proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
